The Comedy Bus & Club Free Beer Tasting Experience

The Comedy Bus and free beer tasting experience is a wildly inventive new event that brings to life Glasgow’s well-known exports: beer & comedy. We start inside a brewery with an interactive presentation on all things beer – including a tour around the brewery including guided tasting led by a professional guide.

 

After everyone has hit their two-drink minimum, we pile onto the comedy bus for some karaoke and a stand-up comedy tour around Glasgow. Afterward, we all head to an underground venue for a professional showcase featuring more local comedians. If you are still able to stand, the night ends at a karaoke bar. Our comedians will share funny tales from the past to the present day, this is why we get the name "People make Glasgow", where humour gets us through life and not forgetting free performances at secret venues, before and after the tour, so there’s humour to suit all tastes. The Comedy Camp Bus and Drag Show Experience

Hop on the Comedy Bus and meet your on-board trolley dolly hostess Sheila Blige head of Glasgow Council's Fraud Department as she gives you the ride of your life around Glasgow. She will show you every crack her eyes will spot as she takes you around Glasgow sharing camp humorous stories from facts to fiction from the past to the present day with her view of the city as it is now from the wee neds to the pensioners that shoplift to a good old on-board karaoke singalong. All this before we then head to the birthplace of Stan Laurel to catch the fabulous Drag-Opticon show at the Panopticon Music Hall.

 

 

The Priscilla Comedy Drag Bus Tour (Saturday, June 29th)

Come along for the ride of your life around Glasgow on the comedy drag bus. Singalong to the show-stopping tunes of Pricilla Queen of the Desert and discover camp stories and shocking scandals as we show you all the famous sites and alleys. The tour lasts 60 mins and we meet at Delmonico's at 6 pm The tour departs at 7 pm. Afterward, come along and join us for 'The Big Gay Cabaret' in aid of Pride Proms and the Britannia Panopticon to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots.

The High School Comedy Bus

Are you a parent looking to share a fun day out with your loved ones or maybe you are a teacher who is looking to add more fun to your lessons. Why not take a half day in the classroom and hop onboard the High School Comedy Bus. In the afternoon give your students a hilarious but educational tour around Glasgow where they will learn the history and see all the main tourist sights while enjoying the famous sights in a comic way with our comedy tour guide Stephen Waters. Your students will also singalong to famous songs from the hit TV show High School Musical as well as other great show stoppers. This tour is great for drama students and those who are studying history. Minimum age group is 8 years old. Group bookings require a minimum of 16 passengers.
